I’m a self-taught iOS developer, and these are my favourite resources

--

I started focusing on coding back in 2022. At that time, I was a high school student preparing for my university exam. I started with Angela Yu’s Python course (I had taken programming courses in high school, but I wasn’t really interested). After learning Python, I decided to explore web development. A year later, I got interested in Flutter and built a project called Fish Radar with my team for the Google Solution Challenge.

So basically, I tried many programming languages, and that’s totally okay. I was just 18 and curious about everything. Sometimes, you need to try other languages to figure out what you love and what you don’t. I believe I had the chance to discover many different programming resources.

Today, I will share my favourite resources with you. I believe this will save you a lot of time searching for the right ones! I’ll specifically focus on iOS development — let’s get started!

Sean Allen

If you’re interested in iOS development (and if you’re reading this, you probably are), you’ve likely heard of Sean Allen. He is also a self-taught developer, and his videos are amazing! He breaks down complex topics in a way that’s easy to understand.
