Being talked down to in any stage of an interview process caused me to withdraw my application.

Yes! Immediate red flag. I also avoid any company that puts me on the defense: “Are you sure you can handle this…”, “You haven’t don’t X before…” etc. Don’t waste my time (and yours) if you have doubts before the interview. They’re looking for what’s wrong instead of what’s right.

Two weeks go by and another follow up sent on my end, no response for days.

Been on both sides of this — and there is never usually malicious intent, something has come up that has diverted their attention, interviews are one of a dozen things happening on the teams’ day. But man does it suck when you don’t hear back.
